Consultations are offered subject to availability. Free consultations are limited to one per business. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for paid services will be agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

I will take all reasonable care in providing consultancy services. However, I cannot be held liable for any indirect loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from advice or services provided. Clients are encouraged to seek independent legal, financial, or compliance advice where appropriate.

Any information shared during consultations or engagements will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
